NAIL ESTHETICS Program

The Nail Esthetics Course is offered at no additional charge only to graduates in good standing from the Aveda Institute Columbus Esthiology Program.  Students in the Nail Esthetics course learn the fundamentals of natural and artificial nail care, and massage techniques for the hands and feet. Students will learn the care of healthy nails, manicure, pedicure, and table set-up. The understanding and application of rules and laws governing nail esthetics in the state of Ohio are the foundation of program.

The Aveda Institute Columbus Nail Esthetics Course is offered only to graduates in good standing from the Aveda Institute Columbus Esthiology Program. The Nail Esthetics course is not offered to the general public at this time.

Hybrid on-campus/online education!

We are now offering hybrid learning for our cosmetology and esthetics programs. The combination of online and on-campus education mixes technology with traditional education techniques to provide a cutting-edge learning experience. Your virtual learning will include professional development, haircutting theory, and more that will be the foundation for your hands-on education.

The Aveda Institute Columbus offers a unique cosmetology school learning environment through hands-on, real-world experience. Federal Financial Aid

Federal student aid is available to qualified students. Those that qualify may be awarded a Pell grant, Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, and/or Direct Parent Plus loan. In order to be considered for aid, a student must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The amount of financial aid that a student may be awarded is based on a student’s EFC (Expected Family Contribution), which is determined by his or her FAFSA application.

Veterans Education Benefits

Students eligible for Veterans Education benefits may be able to use these funds to help finance their education. Our institute currently accepts all forms of Veterans Education benefits, with the exception of the yellow ribbon program. The school will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other instructional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual borrow additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obligations to the institution due to the delayed disbursement funding from the VA.

  • Tuition for the Nail Esthetics Program at Aveda Institute-Columbus is offered at no additional cost to graduates of our esthetics program in good standing from the Aveda Institute Advanced. Manicuring is included in our cosmetology program and no additional classes are needed for graduates of that program.
